We partnered with one of the World’s top tea masters to create this delicious line of beverages. So, grab your favorite glass and enjoy the best the World has to offer. Made for those who no longer feel obligated to drink stuff that causes premature aging and upset stomachs. Sippable and sourced from the most potent plants to restore balance and joy in our every day. These teas and NA wines are sourced from regenerative farms and made from the most premium plants in the world. We are there to keep your hands occupied and your bellies happy. Please enjoy Tēthos from our home to yours.


Is Tēthos a recurring service?

It can be! For now, we are focused on single ordering. But, please let us know if you’d like to “set it and forget it”. 

 

Do you offer a Satisfaction Guarantee?

Yes!  We offer a complete 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 15 days of purchase with every Tēthos order placed through our website.  You can give Tēthos a try without hassle.

 

Where do you deliver?

We ship everywhere in the USA except Alaska and Hawaii.

 

How long does shipping take?

We will provide an estimated delivery date once you place an order. Exact shipping times vary based on your location. For many regions, boxes can arrive in as few as 2 days from when they leave our fulfillment center.

Once the order is placed, we will begin processing your order.  We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. No signature is required for delivery.

 

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes! You have complete control — you can change your delivery date before or after you place your order and up until we begin packing your box. 

 

My friends and family members would love Tēthos. Do you offer referral incentives?

Yes! Customers can introduce their friends, family, neighbors & coworkers to Tēthos. Please email us directly to set this up at hello@communiteas.co.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We source our teas from the highest growing regions in the World. Hand selected and chosen for their superior growing practices and delicious flavors. We proudly source from farms who are non-GMO and go above and beyond to leave this World a bit better. 

 

What is regenerative?

For a long time, we cared about organic and preventing our food from being sprayed with pesticides and processed with other chemicals. Now, we realize that we need to take it a step further and replenish our soil with organic matter so we can continue to reap nutrients from what she grows. We are proud to support farmers who are going above and beyond to not only ethically and sustainably farm, but also leave it with more than they took. The World needs a bit more of this.

 

Payments & Shipping

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged automatically upon placing an order.  Any changes that need to be made can be requested by contacting Customer Care at hello@communiteas.co and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

For subsequent recurring membership boxes, your credit card will only be charged the day before we pack and ship out your next membership box. We’ll send you an email prior to give you plenty of time to reschedule or modify your recurring boxes before your card is charged.

 

Is my credit card secure?

Yes. We use the same secure, 256-bit encrypted payment gateway trusted by OpenTable, Kickstarter, Lyft, Twitter and more. They store your credit card information and are fully PCI-compliant.

 

How can I view my order status?

We'll email you to keep you up to date on the status of your order. You can also sign into your account to view the status of your order.

 

How will my Tēthos be shipped?

All of our products are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with corrugated liners to prevent any damage to your glass bottles. 

 

What packaging do you use?

Our packaging is 100% recyclable.  Please recycle all cardboard and glass!

 

Do I need to be around the day my shipment arrives?

No, you will not need to be home to sign for your package. That said, you should plan to unpack it and enjoy it when you’re able.  We’ve been known to be consumed immediately upon opening. :) 

 

Am I able to track my delivery?

Yes, we send delivery status updates via email.

 

Can I change my order?

Yes, please email us directly at hello@communiteas.co with any changes and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
